Axol Studio, LLC (“Axol Studio”) is the owner of the trademarks (“Axol Studio Marks”) below. Axol Studio grants you the right to use the Axol Studio Marks on the condition you follow the guidelines below.

Logo and Trademark Guidelines

You may use the Axol Studio Marks only for non-commercial purposes.
Use the appropriate trademark symbol (™ or ®) listed below the first time that a Axol Studio Marks appears in your material (e.g. “Axol Studio™”). You may use the Axol Studio Marks without the trademark symbol in subsequent references.
You should provide credit to Axol Studio by using the credit lines associated with the Axol Studio Marks that you use (see below).
Do Not:
- alter an Axol Studio logo other than to adjust the overall size of the logo;
- modify or alter an Axol Studio Mark or logo or use them in a way that confuses Axol Studio or its games or projects with another brand, game, project, or game developer/publisher;
- use an Axol Studio Mark in a plural or possessive form (e.g. “Axol Studios” or “Axol Studio’s”);
- use an Axol Studio Mark or logo or any other confusingly similar marks on any apparel, product, toy or any other merchandise;
- use an Axol Studio Mark in conjunction with your name or any other trademark or trade name, e.g. “Acme Axol Studio”;
- use an Axol Studio Mark in any way that is deceptive, harmful, obscene, or disparaging to others;
- present or feature an Axol Studio Mark on websites containing content or advertising associated with sexually explicit, gambling, or illgal activities;
- use an Axol Studio Mark in the domain name of your website’s URL;
- apply for a trademark registration of a product, service, etc., with a name that includes an Axol Studio Mark or any variation thereof;
- use an Axol Studio Mark in any manner that implies a relationship with, sponsorship, or endorsement by Axol Studio unless otherwise authorized by Axol Studio in writing;

Axol Studio, LLC’s Trademark rights

When you use Axol Studio’s Marks, whether in whole or in part, you are acknowledging that Axol Studio is the sole owner of the trademark, and that you will not in any way interfere with Axol Studio’s rights in the trademark. All goodwill that is derived from your use of any part of an Axol Studio Mark exclusively inures to the benefit of, and belongs to, Axol Studio. Lastly, with the exception of the limited rights to use the Axol Studio Marks that are permitted under these guidelines, you understand and agree that you are not granted any other rights of any kind, by implication of otherwise, to use the Axol Studio Marks.

Consent to use Axol Studio’s trademarks may be withdrawn by Axol Studio at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.
